Does STiLES Ranch have enough parking?

Yes! We have a large parking lot and have accommodated parking for over 200 guests.

We encourage your guests to carpool and hosts to have 1-2 attendants to greet and assist guests with parking.

Do I have to rent port-a-potties?

Yes. STiLES Ranch does not have permanent restrooms on site.

What hours are included in the reservation?

For Saturday and Sunday Rentals – The STiLES Ranch venue will be available to you at 8:00 AM on Friday for set up and rehearsals.

Your event will need to be concluded and cleaned up by 8:00 AM the following day unless otherwise negotiated in our venue contract.

For Weekday Rentals – STiLES Ranch will be available for set up at 8:00 AM on the day of your event; your event will need to conclude and the venue cleaned by midnight unless otherwise negotiated in our venue contract.

Is there a deposit required to save the date?

We will hold your date after receiving a $500 nonrefundable security deposit and a $500 refundable damage deposit with a signed contract.

The nonrefundable security deposit will go towards the total event fee.

The damage deposit will be refunded on the next business day after your event.

There are no other hidden charges or fees.

Do you require wedding liability insurance?

Yes. STiLES Ranch wants to protect all our guests. Wedding Liability Insurance protects you from financial responsibility if someone gets injured or property is damaged during your festivities. 

To save your date, a Certificate of Insurance is needed as proof of liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1 million per occurrence, including the venue as an additional insured on the policy.

If alcohol is being served, additional liquor liability coverage is required. 

Do you require a wedding planner?

All reservations include our venue manager, Heaven Stubbe. Your reservation will include three meetings with Heaven before your event as needed as well as her assistance on the day of your event.

For all events with a 100 guests or more, STiLES Ranch does require an event planner. You are welcome to use the event planner of your choice.

Heaven’s event planning services are available for hire at an additional cost.

What is your venue’s guest capacity?

There is not a set guest count at STiLES Ranch. We want to make your day truly memorable and that starts with having everyone you love with you on your special day.
